I have been in mortgage banking since 2003. My career started in the subprime market working for the bigger banks. The subprime market taught me a different way to view a loan application with a more out of the box insight. But, I wanted to learn more and do more. I wanted to learn the prime market. I was lucky enough to have a great mentor and manager that I followed to LeaderOne. Best decision I have ever made. Not only did LeaderOne support me when I decided to take a step back and work part time, but LeaderOne opened their arms graciously as I came back to full time. Working for the big banks in the past is what makes LeaderOne such a desirable work environment. No matter who you call, they pick up the phone to help you. LeaderOne has allowed me to grow my business and my team.
