My LeaderOne story:

My LeaderOne story: I started in the Industry 17 years ago.  In 2002 I opened Midwest Equity Mortgage, Inc., a Mortgage Broker, based out of the Kansas City Area.  We grew to be one of the largest brokers in Kansas City, but did not have the efficiencies of a larger company or Mortgage Banker like LeaderOne.  I was the Accounting Department, Sales Manager, Product Specialist, Janitor, etc.

LeaderOne has been a perfect fit for a number of reasons.  Not only do we have the efficiencies of a larger company with the departmental support needed so we can concentrate on helping families with their dream homes, but the management/owner’s allows and encourages an entrepreneurial spirit.  This allows the company to be on the forefront of innovative ideas and fosters adaptation of technology.  With this ability, we have a number of tools that help our referral partner’s become more successful.  If they can contribute a modicum of their success to LeaderOne, as they should, why would they use anyone else?   I could not imagine working with a better organization, team, and family!
